Allify is an independent web application that provides music listening insights by connecting to third-party streaming services such as Spotify and, in the future, Deezer.

Allify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify or Deezer.

When you use Allify and connect your streaming account, we may collect and store:

  • Your platform user ID (Spotify and/or Deezer)
  • Basic profile information (such as display name, when available)
  • Connection status (e.g., connected with Spotify, Deezer, or both)
  • Internal account identifiers
  • Ticket balance associated with your account (used for accessing extended features)

We do NOT collect or store your Spotify or Deezer password.

Authentication is handled securely through OAuth authorization provided by the respective platforms.

2.2 Music Data (Processed in Real Time)

Allify accesses music-related data such as:

  • Top artists
  • Top tracks
  • Listening statistics
  • Other insights permitted by the API

This data is processed in real time and is NOT permanently stored in our database.

We only display the data temporarily to provide insights requested by the user.

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

We may automatically collect limited technical data, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information

  • Basic usage logs for security and performance

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly to:

  • Authenticate your account via third-party services

Allify uses an internal ticket system that allows users to access extended data and additional platform features.

Tickets are used solely to enable additional data insights and do not affect the ownership of your music data.

Allify may offer paid features through the purchase of internal credits ("tickets").

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as AbacatePay. Allify does not collect or store full credit card details or sensitive financial information.

When a purchase is made, transaction data such as payment status, transaction ID, and purchased ticket amount may be received to manage the user ticket balance.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Allify follows a data minimization approach.

  • Music listening data is not permanently stored in our database
  • Only essential account data is stored to provide the service
  • Connection status and ticket-related information may be retained while the account is active

Users may request account deletion and data removal at any time.

Allify relies on third-party services and APIs to function, including music streaming platforms, hosting providers, and payment processors.
